Finding The Right Home

Closing The Transaction

Once you have decided on which home you want to purchase and we submit an offer, the seller must accept and sign it. That doesn't mean the job is complete, we still have much more work to do. The loan officer will request many documents required by the bank and advise you of things to stay away from while your loan is being underwritten. Once all conditions have been met by both the title company and the financing institution, we are clear to close.
